Mélanie Lim

Mélanie Lim is a Lead User Researcher at Cityscoot since September 2022, focusing on continuous improvement of the client application using quantitative and qualitative methods, alongside market and hardware research for scooter fleet renewal. Prior to this role, Mélanie served as a User Research & Squad Leader and User Researcher at SPARCK from March 2019 to July 2022, conducting user research for various sectors and facilitating workshops to enhance UX processes. Activities also included prototyping and user-centered design projects at Atos, GESTFORM, and THINKIT Agency, as well as project management at i2C. Mélanie holds educational qualifications from ENSC - BORDEAUX INP and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
