Joanne Ferrari has over two decades of experience in the logistics and courier sector, currently serving as Courier Engagement Manager at CitySprint since January 2017, where previous roles include Fleet Manager and Courier Liaison Manager. Prior to CitySprint, Joanne Ferrari worked at Excel Group Services as Operations Controller from September 2001 to January 2017 and held the position of BBC Co-ordinator at C D S couriers from January 2000 to September 2001. Joanne Ferrari earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2000, and previously attended Trinity Catholic High School Sixth Form and Holy Family College.
