Alan Farrelly

Alan Farrelly has held various roles in the transport industry, beginning in 2012 as Transport Manager for Farrellys Coaches. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the inside and exterior of all buses were cleaned to the highest standards, as well as doing basic bus servicing and maintenance. In 2014, Farrelly took on the role of Sales Manager at Central Bus and Coach, where they attended trade shows and events in Ireland and Europe to interact with possible customers, and implemented a Sales Strategy and guidelines to ensure maximum sales levels were achieved. That same year, they also founded Concertbus.ie, where they applied and obtained route licenses for all routes to concerts from all locations around the region, and created a logo using graphic design applications. In 2015, Farrelly co-founded CitySwift (formerly CitySwifter), a specialized transport data engine that uses data to power modern Public Transport Networks.

Alan Farrelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the National College of Ireland between 2009 and 2012.
