Scott Bridgman began their career in 2012 with Stagecoach Group plc, where they held three roles: Business Development Manager, Commercial Officer, and Commercial Apprentice. As Business Development Manager, they were responsible for bringing fresh and new initiatives and development ideas to improve the business. As Commercial Officer, they were responsible for scheduling 9 depots with over 1000 drivers, and as Commercial Apprentice, they learned and developed their skills with producing efficient duties and rotas for 4 depots. In 2022, they moved to CitySwift, where they currently serve as Customer Success Manager.

Scott Bridgman attended South Devon College from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Sports Studies. Scott also obtained a Transport Manager CPC Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, Singapore (CILT) in March 2022.
