Susan McCormick

Susan McCormick has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Susan has been with CityView since 2014, initially serving as the VP of Business Operations until 2020. Susan then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success until 2023 when they became the Executive Vice President. Prior to CityView, Susan worked at Harris Computer Systems as the Executive Vice President of CityView from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they served as the Director of CityView Business Operations at MS Govern from 2010 to 2012. Susan also held various roles at Municipal Software, including VP of R&D and other responsibilities from 2005 to 2010. Their career began at J.J. MacKay Canada Limited as a Software Developer from 1998 to 2004. Susan started their professional journey at Environment Canada as a Consultant and Software Developer from 1993 to 1998.

Susan McCormick attended Mount Saint Vincent University from 1988 to 1990, where they pursued a science-related field of study. Following their time at Mount Saint Vincent University, they enrolled at Dalhousie University from 1990 to 1993. At Dalhousie University, Susan earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a focus on computer science.
