Maylin Rivas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various management roles across different sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CityWest since March 2021, Maylin previously held positions including Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Chances Prince Rupert and Front of the House Manager at The Cambie Malones Group, where key responsibilities involved personnel management, customer service, and financial oversight. Additional experience includes roles at The Home Depot and Ramada Inn & Suites, with a foundational career beginning as a Reservation Administrator at Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts. Maylin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, alongside degrees in Business Communication Management from Sprott Shaw College and Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Panamá and Universidad de Panamá.
