Todd Kooi

Todd Kooi is an experienced mortgage professional with over 25 years in the industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Citywide Home Mortgage since June 2024. Prior to this, Todd held the position of Mortgage Loan Originator at Bank of Colorado for six years, focusing on the mortgage needs of first-time home buyers and seasoned homeowners. From January 2016 to May 2018, Todd worked as Area Sales Manager for Flagstar Bank, contributing to the expansion of the bank's retail mortgage services across multiple states. Previous roles include Mortgage Loan Officer and Bank Manager at BBVA Compass, Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive at U.S. Bank, and a succession of positions in mortgage origination and banking management. Todd earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and participated in a Semester at Sea in 1987.
