Jasmin Rivera

Jasmin Rivera is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Nursing Manager at URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC. since October 2016, overseeing the Adult Walk-In Department. Prior to this role, Jasmin worked as a Registered Nurse in the same department. Additionally, since June 2015, Jasmin has been employed as a Motor Vehicle Operator at Citywide Mobile Response, responding to emergency assignments and operating an ambulance safely.
