Amit Moran

Amit Moran is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in robotics and software development. Currently serving as CTO at Civ Robotics since January 2025, Amit previously co-founded Indoor Robotics in January 2018, where significant contributions included the invention and development of the Tando autonomous indoor drone platform. Roles at Indoor Robotics included CTO and COO, overseeing North American operations and leading research and development efforts. Previous positions included VP Technology Innovation at temi, and multiple engineering management roles at Intel Corporation, where Amit led projects on depth perception for autonomous machines. Additionally, Amit co-founded Vibebelt, a smart haptic feedback device, and served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Amit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from INSA Lyon.
