Linda Eller - Shein

Linda Eller-Shein has held various roles in the professional world since 2007. Linda began their career at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, working on the project Israel and ENP (European Neighborhood Programm). In 2008, they joined ARTTIC as a Marketing Manager, Planning and Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing the B2B marketing and distribution system, digital advertising and marketing system management, media management, and new client recruitment. Linda also managed R&D projects and project teams, as well as budget management of millions of EUR. In 2017, they co-founded ELLER`S Recruitment & Consulting, where they worked daily with CEOs, HR managers, corporate executives and corporate executives. Linda was responsible for developing the company, expanding recruitment sources, process management, budget management and preparation of reports, and preparation of contracts. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Civan Lasers as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for R&D project management (incl. budget management of millions of ILS), management and supervision of project teams, operational, financial and contractual follow-up, risk and conflict management, and submission of tenders to Israeli Innovation Authority and reporting management.

Linda Eller-Shein has a comprehensive education history. Linda obtained their BA in International Relations and Affairs from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2003 and 2006. Linda then returned to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem to pursue their MA in Western European Studies from 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they also completed an MA in European Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The Open University of Israel between 2016 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Linda has obtained a number of certifications from institutions such as JUMP!N, LinkedIn, and NASBA between 2020 and 2021.
