Joel Boyd

Joel Boyd, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Project Delivery and Operations at Civic Federal Credit Union since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology Project Management at Local Government Federal Credit Union and Civic Federal Credit Union from March 2023 to July 2023. Joel's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Project Management at Langley Federal Credit Union for nearly 18 years, from May 2005 to March 2023, and an earlier career as an Airborne Ranger in the U.S. Army from August 1974 to August 1994. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences from Saint Leo University.
