Tim Newbrough

Tim Newbrough serves as the SVP of Marketing Solutions at Civic Federal Credit Union since September 2022 and has been with Local Government Federal Credit Union since December 2011, holding various roles including SVP of Marketing and VP of Creative Services. Previously, Tim Newbrough worked at Star Media (The Indianapolis Star) from March 1998 to June 2011, where responsibilities included managing a unified creative team as Creative Manager - Marketing and developing marketing strategies as Marketing Coordinator. Earlier positions include Director of Graphic Design at Roudebush Design Associates and Art Director at Allegro Communications, Inc. Tim Newbrough earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Ball State University between 1986 and 1991.
