Karima Belhachmi is Civic Hall’s beloved Community Caretaker. Since 2009, Karima has worked as Personal Democracy Media’s Community Caretaker and has continued to do so for Civic Hall. She immigrated to and began working in the United States in 1999. She speaks Arabic, French, English, and a little bit of Spanish.
