Ben Court

Ben Court has a diverse range of work experience in analytics and information analysis roles. Ben started their career as a Corporate Information Analyst at Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2007, where they developed key performance indicators and implemented business objects web intelligence reports. In 2010, they joined Nottingham City Council as a Principal Analyst, providing technical and analytical project support using PL/SQL and T-SQL. Ben then transitioned to Civica in 2011, initially working as a PSC Business Development Consultant, where they provided consultancy services and supported the development of PSC software solutions. In 2016, they became a Product Manager at Civica, responsible for product management, software development specifications, and marketing and communication strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Analytics (Software) at Civica.

Ben Court completed their education with a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics from the University of Derby, where they studied from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution, studying from 2004 to 2007. Before attending the University of Derby, Ben attended Carshalton College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a BTEC National Diploma in Media Production.
