Jessica Collingwood

Jessica Collingwood currently serves as Chief People Officer at Civica since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of CPO at Enfuce from October 2022 to June 2023, and at Photobox Group from July 2019 to October 2022, where significant contributions were made to establish the company as a successful standalone entity. Jessica's experience also includes serving as HR Director at glh Hotels, Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, and Independent Consultant with Jessica Collingwood Consulting. Additionally, Jessica has held leadership roles at Virgin Group and Virgin Media, notably as Group People Director and People Director, respectively. Early career positions include Head of Learning & Development at Betfair and Head of HR at ITV Broadcasting. Jessica holds a BA Hons in Sociology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in HR Management from London South Bank University.
