Jim Murray

Jim Murray currently serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Civica, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jim held the same title at IRIS Software Group from May 2019 to June 2025, overseeing the company's global strategic M&A activities. Experience at Experian included serving as Head of Corporate Development and Corporate Development Director from March 2015 to May 2019. Jim's career also encompasses a significant tenure at PwC from September 2003 to February 2015, where involvement included serving as Director in the TMT corporate finance team, with a focus on transatlantic M&A. Additional roles at PwC featured originating M&A opportunities and leading transaction execution teams, as well as specializing in cross-border M&A as Vice President. Jim holds a Series 63 & 79 Limited Representative certification from FINRA, a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS, and a Master of Engineering and Master of Arts degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
