Julian Bavage

Julian Bavage has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Director and previously Finance Manager at Civica since May 2014, where responsibilities include providing financial support, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and conducting monthly forecasting and variance analysis. Prior to Civica, Julian worked as a Commercial Accountant at Aspire Defence Services Limited from April 2008 to May 2014, delivering financial support to Commercial and Major Projects Departments. Earlier roles include Senior Sales and Customer Services Accountant at Thames Water from December 2005 to March 2008, and Stores Finance Manager at WHSmith from February 1998 to November 2005, focusing on budget delivery and process management. Julian holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services and Business Studies from the University of Gloucestershire and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
