Melissa McCulloch

Melissa McCulloch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and revenue management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Leader at Civica since May 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa dedicated nearly two decades to Central Coast Council, where positions included Section Manager Rates & Revenue and Team Leader Rates & Water Billing. Responsibilities encompassed the management of rates and water billing sections, grant coordination, and administrative support to finance management.
