Wendy Corona

Wendy Corona has worked in the recruitment industry since 2009. Wendy began their career at LifeCare Hospitals as a Healthcare Recruiter. In 2011, they moved to Mississippi Baptist Health Systems, where they held the role of Healthcare Recruiter & Placement Strategist and Senior Healthcare Recruiter. In 2014, they joined CivicMinds, Inc. as a Director of Healthcare Recruitment, and was later promoted to Sr. Manager - Healthcare Recruitment and Full-Stack - Recruiter (Lead). In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and onboarding leads, recruiting, and conducting quality control to fulfill requirements, as well as managing their own accounts and serving as a recruitment lead.

Wendy Corona obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Mississippi University for Women in 2008.
