Tessa Nicholas

Tessa Nicholas has an extensive background in nonprofit management, education, and environmental conservation. Tessa currently serves as the Executive Director of Civicorps, overseeing a team of staff and young adults. Prior to this role, Tessa held positions as Deputy Director, Head of School, and Dean of Students within Civicorps. Tessa also has experience as an Independent Consultant supporting nonprofit organizations and as a Recycling Program Manager. Educationally, Tessa holds a BA in Social Science - Environmental Studies from Chapman University and an MA in International Service, Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Roehampton.
