Lars Kobberstad

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Norway is an independent administrative body under the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications with the administrative authority in Norwegian civil aviation. Its main task is to contribute to increased safety in civil aviation. The CAA makes rules, certifies and oversees among others airlines, technical organisations, aviation training schools, aircrafts, licence holders and airports.
