Mubarak Albogami Ph.D.

Mubarak Albogami PhD, MBA serves as the Director General of Social Responsibility at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Albogami held leadership roles at the Saudi Central Bank, including Head of Brand Management (Acting) and Head of CSR, focusing on impactful social responsibility initiatives. A long tenure at STC saw Albogami rise through various positions, culminating as Corporate Social Responsibility Director, where strategies for community engagement and communication were developed. Albogami's educational background includes a PhD in Social Work from King Saud University, an MBA from King AbdulAziz University, and a high diploma in Office Management from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia. Additional training in sustainability was completed at the University of Cambridge.
