Adil Hakeem

Adil Hakeem is an experienced professional in aviation and sustainability, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Air Transport Division at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore since October 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing air services agreement negotiations and developing strategies for the Changi Air Hub, with a focus on Greater China, Oceania, and ASEAN. Prior to this role, Adil was the Manager of the Sustainability Office, addressing sustainability issues related to the International Civil Aviation Organisation, specifically implementing the CORSIA initiative and fostering bilateral partnerships, notably with Japan. Adil also held the position of Senior Executive for Climate Adaptation at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment from October 2020 to October 2022, where duties included managing coastal protection policies, urban heat mitigation projects, and collaborating on electric vehicle regulations. Adil holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Singapore Management University and completed education at Raffles Institution.
