Jasper Tan

Jasper Tan currently serves as the Assistant Director of Aviation Management at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, where responsibilities include overseeing specialized training for aviation professionals. Previously, Jasper held various roles at the Institute of Technical Education, including Head of Department for Airport Services and Human Resources, where education and workforce readiness were prioritized through innovative teaching methods. Jasper has also worked as a Regional Account Manager at CROCS SINGAPORE, significantly increasing regional revenues, and began a career in customer service as cabin crew with Singapore Airlines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Murdoch University, a WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
