Kylie Yates GAICD has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at CCF NSW | Civil Contractors Federation NSW starting in August 2023. Kylie's career started with roles such as Media Manager at the Department of Family and Community Services - NSW Businesslink from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Public Affairs Officer at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (National Parks and Wildlife Service) from December 1997 to September 2003. Their early experience also includes being a Promotions Officer at the Australian National Maritime Museum from 1995 to 1997.
Kylie Yates GAICD completed their Graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism from the University of Canberra in 1994, with a major in Public Relations and Marketing.

The Civil Contractors Federation NSW Branch (CCF NSW) is the leading voice of the civil infrastructure construction and maintenance industry in NSW. The Civil Contractors Federation is: a Registered Organisation under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, the only organisation in Australia charged with representing all, and only, employers in the civil infrastructure construction and maintenance industry.
