Les Love

Les Love has over 38 years of experience in the Electric Utility industry, currently serving as Project Engineering IV at Civil Design & Engineering Inc. since August 2017. In this role, Les supports the Department of Energy/Western Area Power Administration mission, applying extensive knowledge in Transmission and Substation design and construction for the 360-mile Southline project. Prior to this, Les held the position of Senior Project Manager at NorthStar Technology from 2012 to August 2017, and worked as Operations Manager at Acumen Venture Group LLC from April 2003 to September 2009, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise in both national and international contexts.
