Benjamin Goldberg is a Senior IT Assistant at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Accountant Clerk at Harris Teeter from January 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing accounting records and supervising staff. Benjamin also served as a Student Teacher at Digital Harbor High School from September 2017 to May 2018, demonstrating strong classroom management and curriculum development skills. Additionally, experience as a Writing Center Tutor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from August 2015 to May 2017 involved mentoring fellow tutors and assisting students with writing processes. Benjamin holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is a coalition charged by its diverse membership of more than 250 national organizations to promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United States. Through advocacy and outreach to targeted constituencies, The Leadership Conference works toward the goal of a more open and just society – an America as good as its ideals. The Leadership Conference is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative advocacy. It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.
