Leonore Grünberg

Leonore Grünberg is an experienced advisor and facilitator in international development, currently serving as an Advisor for Change Management for the German Feminist Development Policy at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since July 2022. Professional expertise includes strategic advising on gender issues, project management, and capacity development across various organizations such as ILC International Land Coalition, Welthungerhilfe, and the Civil Society Academy. Leonore's work encompasses gender-focused studies, leadership training, and advocacy for human rights, with extensive geographical experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and multilingual capabilities in English, French, and Spanish. Leonore holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg and has a background in financial literacy, microfinance, and sustainable economic development.
