William Shover

William Shover has a diverse work experience in the engineering and surveying field. William most recently worked as the Branch Manager and Director of Business Development at Civil Tec Engineering & Surveying PC since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Branch Manager at Ewell W Finley PC from 2009 to 2017. Before that, they were the Branch Manager and Survey Manager at Popli Design Group from 2004 to 2009. William also worked at M J Engineering & Land Surveying PC as the Vice President and Land Surveying Division Director from 1980 to 2004, where they managed day-to-day operations and developed the Land Surveying and Construction Inspection Divisions. William started their career at various engineering and land surveying firms as a Surveyor and Project Manager for construction inspection projects from 1970 to 1980.

William Shover attended Hudson Valley Community College from 1967 to 1969, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Civil Engineering.
