Dustin Hightower

Dustin Hightower is an experienced construction inspector with a background in both civil engineering inspection and construction materials testing. Since September 2019, Dustin has served as a Construction Inspector II at CivilCorp, LLC, specializing in construction engineering inspection (CEI). Prior to this role, Dustin held positions as a Senior Field Technician at JRB Engineering, LLC, and as a Construction Inspector II, also at CivilCorp, focusing on utility inspection. With earlier experience as a Construction Inspector I at PaveTex and as a Field Technician at JRB Engineering, Dustin possesses a robust skill set in construction oversight and material testing. Dustin is an alumnus of Texas Tech University.
