Joanne Ramos-Diaz is an experienced banking and retail professional with a strong background in customer service and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Deposit Accounts Specialist at Civista Bank since July 2021, Joanne is responsible for processing documentation for various accounts and ensuring accurate data entry. Prior experience includes roles as a Branch Operations Specialist at Civista Bank, Relationship Banker and Branch Teller at Huntington National Bank, and Store Manager positions at Sprint and Radio Shack. Joanne started their career as a Pick Up Associate at Walmart. Joanne holds a High School Diploma from Oberlin High School and has been recognized as a member of the National Honor Society.
