Kelly Calmes

Kelly Calmes is an experienced professional in compliance and banking with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an AVP Compliance Officer at Civista Bank since December 2014, Kelly is part of a team that oversees risk management for a bank with $3.6 billion in assets across 42 offices. In addition, Kelly has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Terra State Community College since January 2005, teaching marketing and business management courses to online students. Prior experience includes serving as BSA/Compliance Officer and other various roles at Fremont Federal Credit Union from January 1999 to November 2014, and holding several positions at Bank One from September 1982 to June 1998, including Vice President of Retail Operations. Kelly holds an MBA in Management from Herzing University, along with other degrees in business and banking from various institutions.
