Megan Yelle

Megan Yelle is the current General Counsel at Civitas Learning. Megan has held this position since December 2016. Prior to that, they were an Associate Attorney at Nichols Kaster, PLLP from June 2013 to December 2016. Before that, they were an attorney at Meagher & Geer, PLLP from October 2009 to October 2012 where they developed, analyzed, and refined strategy for high-stakes commercial litigation matters from the lawsuit initiation through trial. Megan also negotiated settlements to bring about positive legal and business results for clients in a variety of civil matters. Prior to that, they were a Summer Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from May 2008 to August 2008 where they handled a wide variety of legal matters including litigation, contract drafting, bankruptcy, and finance. Before that, they were an Accounting & Claims Analyst at Guy Carpenter from March 2005 to July 2006.

Megan Yelle received a J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School in the field of business law. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. in economics from University of St. Thomas.

Megan Yelle reports to Will Ballard, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Vanessa Reding - VP, Marketing, Shawn Gaide - Chief Revenue Officer, and Emiliano Giacchetti - COO.
