Jason Menegatti

Jason Menegatti has held various positions throughout their career. Jason started as a Field Engineer at B.J. Services in 2005, where they conducted data acquisition during stimulation treatments on gas wells. In 2008, they joined Weatherford as a Technical Advisor, where they conducted real-time remote data acquisition during stimulation treatments on oil and gas wells and executed computer frac modeling and design. Jason then became an Account Manager, serving as the representative for various companies and consulting with clients to organize stimulation treatments for oil and gas wells.

In 2010, Menegatti joined Noble Energy as a Production and Completions Engineer, overseeing well fracturing treatments and managing new well operations. Jason later became an Operations Manager, responsible for optimizing operations and developing budgets. Jason also served as a Project Inventory Manager, optimizing drilling schedules and building production and cost budgets.

In 2016, Menegatti joined Extraction Oil & Gas, where they held several roles including Operations Planning Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering and Development. In these positions, they were responsible for budget modeling, operational improvements, and asset development.

Most recently, Menegatti joined Civitas Resources in 2021 as the VP of Asset Development and Well Permitting. Jason later became the VP of EHSR and currently holds the position of VP of Rockies Production.

Jason Menegatti has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
