Mandie Flinn is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Production Engineering Tech at Civitas Resources since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC as a Senior Operations Tech, and at PDC Energy, Inc. as a Senior Drilling and Completions Tech and Transition Specialist.
