Sparsh Varma

Sparsh Varma, MBA, currently serves as the Digital Transformation Leader for Production Operations and Asset Development at Civitas Resources, beginning in September 2024. Previously, Sparsh held the position of IT Applications Manager/Interim IT Director at Maverick Natural Resources from January 2023 to September 2024 and has extensive experience at Callon Petroleum as the Sr. Systems Team Lead/Program Manager from October 2016 to January 2023. With a strong background in enterprise applications, data management, digital transformation, and analytics, Sparsh has also co-founded Wellhub Inc. and has held various roles in other organizations including LINN Energy, Carrizo Oil & Gas, and Merrick Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College.
