Anthony Ormsbee-Hale

Anthony Ormsbee-Hale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Anthony has held senior positions in various organizations, showcasing their expertise in strategic operations and people management. Anthony's most recent role is as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Civitas Senior Living, where they are responsible for leading and engaging the workforce. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People Operations at Civitas, where they oversaw learning and development, recruitment, and employee experience programs. Additionally, they worked as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Civitas, supporting communities in South Texas, New Mexico, and Kentucky. Anthony has also contributed to the Texas Assisted Living Association as an Assisted Living Manager Course Instructor, helping to redesign the program curriculum. Previously, they held various executive roles at Retirement Center Management, including Executive Director and Director of Sales and Marketing. Anthony's experience also includes serving as the Director of Community Services at SAAFE House, where they focused on community networking and education to raise awareness about family violence and sexual assault.

Anthony Ormsbee-Hale obtained their Bachelor of General Studies degree in Sociology, Marketing & Management from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2018 to 2019, they attended Cornell University to pursue a Strategic Human Resources Certificate Program. Anthony also holds additional certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in December 2020, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, obtained in May 2020, and an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), obtained in January 2020.
