Jessica Browne is a seasoned professional in the field of public sector ERP solutions with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Customer Solutions Lead for Local Government ERP at Civiteq, Jessica is instrumental in driving ERP initiatives and fostering relationships with senior stakeholders. Prior to this position, Jessica was the Head of ERP Delivery and Principal Consultant at Socitm Advisory, contributing to the transformation of public services through digital leadership. Jessica's career began at Norfolk County Council, where a variety of roles, including Head of myOracle and Corporate Exchequer Manager, showcased expertise in HR and Finance transformation. Jessica holds a BA Honours degree in Leadership & Management from the University of East Anglia and has completed education in Risk Management at the Institute of Risk Management.
