Kamilė Jurgaitienė

Kamile Jurgaitiene is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in product management and development. Currently employed at Civitta since May 2024, Jurgaitiene previously held roles such as Baltic Product Manager, B2B Integrations at DPD Lietuva, where product strategies for shipping solutions were developed and executed. Jurgaitiene has also worked as a Product Owner at Women Go Tech, focusing on user and UX research, and as a Product Launch Strategy Manager at Smart Brands Lab, successfully launching over ten products across various categories. Earlier career experience includes senior investment advisory roles at Invest Lithuania, specifically within the automotive sector, and involvement with international organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Jurgaitiene holds a Master's degree in DeepTech entrepreneurship from Vilnius University Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government from both Vilnius University and HSB Hochschule Bremen.
