Rachel Muñoz

Rachel Muñoz has a diverse work experience. Rachel started working at Walt Disney World in December 2003 and served as an Orlando until August 2009. Following this, they joined Walgreens in February 2009 as a Senior Resolution Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for resolving Third Party Rejects (TPRs) by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting. Rachel also made necessary telephone calls and followed guidelines and procedures for resolving TPRs. Their tenure at Walgreens ended in May 2017.

Most recently, Rachel Muñoz joined Civix in February 2022. Rachel started as a Business Analyst and is currently in this role. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Legal Assistant at Civix from February 2022 to April 2023.

Rachel Muñoz completed their Associate's Degree in General Studies at Valencia College from 2007 to 2010. Rachel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University from 2012 to 2014.
