Rachel Stern

Rachel Stern is a venture capitalist focused on transforming government through technology. Over the last decade, she has invested in and advised technology companies at every scale on how to foster effective sales and regulatory partnerships with state and local governments across the country. She is now primarily focused on working with govtech companies in the Seed/Series A phase of growth.

Rachel received her MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College. Rachel is also a graduate of the CORO™ Fellows Program, an intensive, full-time, graduate-level fellowship in public affairs.
