Adam Carreon, PE, PTOE, currently serves as a Senior Engineer at CivTech Inc. since January 2024 and is a Board Member at Red Means Stop Traffic Safety Alliance since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Adam was self-employed with Carreon LLC for a brief period and held a significant position at AASHTO as a member of the Committee on Transportation System Operations from August 2020 to November 2023. Adam possesses extensive experience with the Arizona Department of Transportation from May 2004 to November 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an Operational Traffic & Safety Engineer, leading the State Work Zone Safety & Mobility Chair, and managing major projects as a Resident Engineer. Additional roles included Traffic Design Engineer and Transportation Engineering Specialist. Adam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) focused on Civil and Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts from Mesa Community College. Adam also contributed to community engagement as the Head Swim Team Coach at the Valley of the Sun YMCA from May 2021 to September 2022.
