Luke Douglas-Home CEnv is a Chartered Environmentalist and Managing Director at A Future without Rubbish CIC since January 2016, where the #CoastlineRunner initiative was launched on November 1, 2021. Luke holds membership with CIWM since January 2018 and previously acted as CEO for Clear Public Space Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Producer for Nobody Knows from 2012 to 2015, and as Project Manager at Mihai Eminescu Trust from 2002 to 2005, where new projects were initiated. Luke began a career at Jardine Matheson as a Graduate Management Trainee from 1994 to 1997 after earning a Master of Arts in History from The University of Edinburgh (1990-1994) and furthering education at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in 2019 and 2021.
