Mark Santiago

Mark Santiago is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in web development, client integration, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Client Integration Engineer at CJ since April 2022, Mark manages global launch queues and oversees integration teams in the US and UK. Mark also has a long-standing role as an Instructor at the Adult Learning Center, focused on contextualized HiSet courses that prepare students for the GED while enhancing computer literacy. As the owner of TNY (Tech Needs You) since January 2019, Mark provides web design and consulting services. Previous roles include Developer II at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Web App Developer at CGI Interactive, and various web development and technology consulting positions. Mark holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Organizational Leadership from the American College of Education, a Bachelor's in Information Technology and Web Development from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor's in Communication and Media Studies from Worcester State University.
