Brad Nuffer

SVP, Transportation Operations at CJ America

Brad Nuffer is Senior Vice President, Transportation Operations. He has responsibility for Transportation Management and Asset-Based Fleet Operations. Brad focuses on collaborative partnerships and advanced uses of technology to lead the expansion of transportation capabilities and solutions, including managed services, cross-border transportation, private fleet services, drayage and brokerage. He leads the development of specialized transportation services for food, CPG and retail customers and consignees, with expertise in the area of retail compliance solutions.

Previously, as Senior Vice President, Transportation Operations, Brad was responsible for developing and leading the Transportation Management team, delivering exceptional service to their customers, driving continual improvement initiatives and leading transformation activities. Brad joined the company in 2006 as a SCIL (Successful Careers In Logistics) participant and was promoted to manage warehouse operations in 2008. He relocated in 2009 to lead the company’s on-site operations for a large consumer goods customer, playing a key role with responsibility for distribution center operations and an extensive 4PL network.

Brad was promoted to Senior Manager, LLP Effectiveness in 2012, to Director, LLP Effectiveness in 2014 and to Senior Director in 2016 as he continued to expand their Lead Logistics Partner responsibilities with their strategic partner customers. He was named VP, Operations with responsibility for Transportation in 2019. Brad has a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
