Don Bambarger has amassed extensive experience in engineering and management roles over a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Sustaining & Process Engineering Manager at C&J Industries, Inc. since April 2012, Don previously held positions including Project Engineer at the same company and Engineering Manager at Omni Plastics from June 2001 to April 2012. Earlier roles include Shift Supervisor/Process Engineer at MFG INC, Process Engineering Supervisor/Plant Foreman at Carlisle Engineered Products, Processor/Supervisor at Lesko Enterprises Inc, and Process Engineer at Bailey Transportation Products. Don began a career in the U.S. military as an Air Force/Army Medic from June 1980 to April 1991. Educationally, Don holds a degree in Hospital Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1980 and 1983.
