Cyrus Jaffery has a diverse work experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Cyrus is currently the Founder & CEO of Quotamation, a company that provides a platform for independent insurance agents to generate quotes and proposals efficiently. Cyrus is also a Board Member at Ava's Army. Prior to these roles, Cyrus founded CJ Insurance Group, a network of independent insurance agencies specializing in personal lines insurance. Cyrus also founded Jaffery Insurance & Financial Services, which focuses on high net worth property casualty insurance. In addition, Cyrus has founded or co-founded several other insurance and financial services companies, including Fairtrust Insurance, NR Insurance, Harvest Financial, and Aksarben Insurance. Cyrus started their career as an Insurance Agent at State Farm and later worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo.
Cyrus Jaffery obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they attended Millard North High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained the certification of 2021 Nationwide Personal Lines Elite All-Star Agency from Nationwide.

We offer numerous carriers and give you direct access to each. Many places offer access to insurance carriers but it’s basically a brokerage agreement. You may be able to run quotes and sell, but you can’t service your own customers. Because others do this work for you and require that you split your earnings, it significantly lowers your commissions. As an Independent Insurance Agent with CJ Insurance Group, you KEEP 100% of your commissions, PLUS potential bonuses! You’ll be able to quote, bind, service and do it all as a fully autonomous agent, every time. Other insurance aggregators get you appointed with fewer carriers, but access to the remaining carriers is limited. Other organizations won’t do this for you due to their carrier production requirements. Since CJ Insurance Group is an insurance agency, not an insurance aggregator, cluster, or network, we do not require production from each of our agents. These requirements are met by the agency as a whole.
