Glinda Loverde

Glinda LoVerde, CPA, MST, CGMA, currently serves as Senior Director of Tax at CJ Logistics America since February 2020, following the company's acquisition of DSC Logistics. In this role, Glinda collaborates with an external accounting firm on federal, international, and 25 state tax returns. Prior experience includes nearly two decades as Director of Tax at DSC Logistics, where responsibilities included managing the tax functions for three legal entities and transitioning the tax function in-house. Glinda's earlier positions encompass Tax Manager roles at RSM McGladrey and Ernst & Young, focusing on client service and tax compliance for mid-sized companies. Additionally, Glinda has contributed to education as an adjunct accounting teacher at Harper College. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
