Rachael Oertel

Rachael Oertel is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in project coordination and management across various roles. Currently employed at CJC Management Pty Ltd since June 2019, Rachael has contributed to key projects such as the Osborne Naval Shipyard precinct and multiple intersection upgrades, focusing on constructability assessments and quality assurance. Previous experience includes serving as a Design Coordinator for the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1 at CaSE, and roles as a Site Engineer at Bouygues Construction, Sydney Motorway Corporation, and Bell Rock Engineering, where Rachael honed skills in quality management, safety compliance, and environmental sustainability. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Adelaide and has demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities throughout various positions.
