Karen French

Karen French is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services and management, currently serving as Head of Client Onboarding at CJCH Solicitors since October 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Customer Service Manager at Smart Energy Homes from March 2023 to October 2025, and worked at Bron Afon Community Housing in the customer hub from July 2022 to March 2023.
